Where the river still runs wild...
Welcome to the Lachlan River as few will ever know it — unregulated, untamed, and teeming with life. Murray cod, golden and silver perch, and shy platypus all make their home along the 25 kilometres of rarely fished river that winds through Numby Station. Only those “in the know” ever reach this water.
This is an adventure for anglers who crave something different: wild country, unpressured fish, and the chance to explore water few others will ever see. With a local guide leading the way, both beginners and seasoned anglers will find challenge, excitement, and plenty of opportunity.
Fish hard all day, then settle by the fire under a sky full of stars. At Numby, the river — and the experience — are truly untamed.
