What if I need to cancel a Rove that I have already booked?
Once your rove weekend is booked, cancelling and refunding your spot will affect the viability of the weekend for all of the other guests on the experience you are booked on. For this reason we cannot refund your booking. If you cancel your booking with more than 30 days notice before departure you can transfer your booking to another date within 18 months of your original booking, OR transferred to another person. if you cancel less than 30 days before departure you will need to transfer your booking to another person or forfeit the tour price.
For this reason we highly recommend getting travel insurance.
Can I bring my dog or my kids?
No. Dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted on Numby Station for biosecurity reasons. Children over 14 years of age can be booked as guests at Rove Numby however we are not able to cater to younger children at this time.
What happens if it rains during my Rove Numby walking adventure?
Rain or shine, we’re ready to explore! Be sure to pack layers and rain protection to stay comfortable. If you’d rather not venture out in wet weather, you’re welcome to relax at basecamp. In the rare event of extreme rain making access to Numby impossible, we’ll cancel and refund the weekend for everyone’s safety.
